Host and Admin Changes - Everyone Please Read

@Marvin the Martian has found the delights of new fatherhood and real life so alluring he is stepping back from being a Admin. He remains a Shipmate and has agreed to become an Admin Emeritus so he'll still be around.

This creates a vacancy which @Doc Tor has agreed to fill. He couldn't think of a suitable reason why he shouldn't take up the Admins offer of "an exciting new role" He remains a Hell Host while we scour the Ship for a suitable replacement.

Please welcome, commiserate, wish them luck and thank them both for their hard work in helping keep the Ship afloat.
