    If anyone can spare a prayer for the Vole daughter who is very unhappy in her job and although she applies for other jobs -and gets interviews -she doesn't get an offer.

    I was part of an interview panel yesterday and I am acutely aware that only one of the interviewees will be happy. I hope Vole daughter is successful soon.
