Please, extra prayers for L., who I said some time ago was in extreme pain. His health has taken a nosedive since then. Please, he really needs help. If he could even get his specialist appointment brought forward, but any relief of his pain would be a blessing.

Update on me:
Neurologist wants me to have an MRI, just to double-check what's what. Logistics are going to be a little complicated, given pandemic. Don't have an appointment yet. The MRI place is supposed to call me. (I also have their number.)
In the meantime, other health problems are kicking up, and I feel pretty crappy. And I've got a dental appointment Monday. I've already rescheduled it a couple of times, due to health. I need to be there. But all I really want to do is just crash, and sleep for a week.
So, basically, I need to get through this, preferably in one piece, with the best possible results.
My friend Ed is having surgery tomorrow to have his pacemaker replaced with a biventricular model. With luck he won't have to spend the night in the hospital. Please pray that the surgery goes completely smoothly and uneventfully.
Tomorrow I'm going to Wellington, by train and interisland ferry, a journey that takes about 10 hours. I'm looking forward to travelling
as I haven't travelled overland since a huge offshore quake hit and changed the landscape about 8 or 9 years ago, this necessitated realigning State Highway 1 and many people worked long hours to reconnect the major road,
I am going to support my youngest brother in sorting out some legal issues over the property of our oldest brother who is in care. I am going because both of them need my support. There is another party involved who has not acted honourably, but if I could find another way to challenge their actions I would. Unfortunately nothing else has worked. This is the bit I am not looking forward to and the reason I am asking for prayers.

Special prayers for you in this time of great need. Is there any legal aid agency where you could get specialised help and assistance - at least advice - either free or at very little cost? There used be here but that went in budget cuts.
Little Beaky is once again very unwell and in HDU- they nearly lost him last night so this is a really tough time. He has another very nasty chest infection and because of his motor disability is unable to clear his own airway which keeps blocking. The next 72 hours are crucial so your prayers are greatly appreciated.
