Strange problem with closed captioning

I have serious hearing problems, and when a video offers closed captioning, I click on it. Most of the time I get English captioning, but every now and then I get captions in Dutch, Spanish, Korean, or some other language I don't know.

There appears to be no way I can change the language.

Does anyone else have this problem? If so, is there a solution?

Are you talking about youtube here? If so, there's an option for subtitle language under the cog-wheel settings icon in the toolbar. But I suppose it's also possible that captions are only available in Korean (or whatever) for that particular video.
