The World's Thinnest Books

in The Circus
Years ago there were lists circulated of titles that should be in the World's Thinnest Book series. After being recommended a DVD of an alleged Swedish comedy, I remembered the Swedish Joke Book, and of course, there's The Presbyterian Dance Manual. Can anyone remember (or make up) some others? Many, I recall, would now be considered politically incorrect, but they were funny.

I've heard similar things regarding pamphlets entitled "What Jesus Said About Homosexuality/Abortion/any one of the American Christian Right's hot-button issues".
Such books are a standing-joke in Canadian political humour: I've seen "What Pierre Trudeau has done for Canada", "What Brian Mulroney Has Done For Canada", and I'm guessing there have been others.
Maybe "Christianity in action" by Jacob Rees-Mogg?
In line with this : The Quaker Songbook.
The Evangelicals Guide to Tact?
French military victories.
I think there has to be
The book of Republican morality and ethics
This side of the pond the most recent Conservative Party manifesto was literally a very thin volume with no content... self parody indeed.
How about Boris's Johnson's Guide to A Successful Relationship?
Or
Boris's Johnson's Guide to Managing A Pandemic?
Or
Boris's Johnson's Guide to Leadership?
Ok, I'll stop now...

I think the most recent one along these lines was "Inappropriate Authors", in which the humourous contradiction is between the purpose of the book, and the known characteristics of the writer(eg. Great Filmmaking by Ed Wood).
Whereas in this one, the joke is that the book is short because the entity or quality discussed is close to being non-existant(eg. English Gourmet Cooking).
He did marry one (albeit not for long).
Pope John Paul II: My Hero by The Rev'd Ian Paisley
Sorry. It's not something I really hold against the city(at all, actually). But, growing up among hockey fans, you do get wind of various places' reputations.
(And in fairness, a good part of Philly's notoriety springs from the behaviour of Canadian players.)
I enjoyed her Managing Public Relations After A Fire Disaster. Includes photographs.
