Spare a prayer for the Vietnamese community of St. Louis? Two deaths, many infections, and the ethnic Vietnamese doctor couldn't get herself tested until late today due to racism. Access to tests, even for doctors, is all up to a single individual's yes or no on the screening line right now. And think of the number of people she exposed before she realized.... {candle}
Last night I was praying the Lord's Prayer and couldn't get past the first two words. "Our Father" felt as though I was standing with all who suffer, asking God to do something.
Praying on. Please pray that I get my community volunteers appropriately organised. And for my Giraffe son who was supposed to decide by yesterday whether to come home or stay in South Africa and we still haven't heard from him. Pray for supermarket workers who are getting abuse at work while working very hard.

Friends 11 year old son R he has been unwell now for 9 days with high temperature and coughing - tonight his temperature spiked at 40.6 so has been called into hospital where they have Corona Pods for testing.

Thank you so much dear friends. Your prayers have been answered. X ray showed pneumonia. Hes on v strong antibiotics but they have sent us home so cant be tested for covid. So relieved they dont think it is. Thank you guys. Thank you Father.
Earthquake in Croatia early this Sunday morning, 22 March 2020. Plus they're also on virus lockdown, which doesn't exactly help. (One of a few English-language links here.) Only one victim so far, but material damage, from what I read.

Little Beaky's family are in lockdown due to his vulnerability.
His father went to the supermarket this morning at 8.00 am to the "vulnerable" hour and could buy none of the things he needs. He is tube fed and only certain things will go down the tube (blended) and they had nothing.
Our daughter who is so very strong is really, really worried
What a worrying time this is for so many people as the virus piles on top of other concerns.

My daughter has just been taken to the hospital. She has had C19 symptoms for a few days and her breathing is worse today. If you are able, can you spare a prayer for Kate?
Update on Little Beaky and the food. A kind friend drove around the area and found what they need for now to be able to make his meals.
