Would you also keep H in your prayers? She is the very shy, eighteen year old daughter of a good friend. She went to a mission type program in Colorado two weeks ago. This is supposed to be a two month program. Yesterday, she came down with acute appendicitis, was in horrible pain, finally taken to the hospital where she had surgery and was back at the place where she's been staying earlier today. The rest of the story about the mission program is very bad, and the situation is beyond horrible and I can't say anything about it.
Would you pray for D, who very much needs and wants to know what she should be doing with her life? This is not a person who copes well without a clear direction.

Update on Huxley is that he is home but in considerable pain and distress. X ray at their local hospital showed his lungs are currently clear but something is very wrong with his digestive tract. Our daughter is pushing for an urgent appointment with his specialist team at the Evelina hospital in London to try to get to the bottom of the problem. It was so sad to see him whimpering in his father's arms. Ongoing prayers greatly appreciated.

Also, I found out yesterday that one of my cousins was found dead in a pool. She and I are almost the same age. I'm just a bit older. We had a lot of fun when we were kids. Please pray for her family.

Please pray for my twin brother who has been admitted to hospital with a clot on his lung. My sister says he is doing well so please pray this continues and that the staff have an awareness of his needs (he is blind).

We're just back from a day with Huxley/ Little Beaky and his brothers. Prayers are very much appreciated as they navigate their way through all the challenges with his health and care needs and the ups and downs of normal family life. Huxley continues to have unresolved difficulties with both his respiratory and digestive systems.
Our daughter is trying to arrange a MDT meeting (so far no joy) as he really is suffering so thank you everyone for your prayers.
Please pray for the soul of JA, a flying colleague of long standing who died yesterday after a long brave battle with illness. He will be greatly mourned by us old geezers. He was a considerable presence in our club, enthusiastic, educated, erudite and a talented craftsman.
We shared many interests and passions. His death has hit me quite hard given my own health and heart problems.
May he rest in peace and rise in glory.
