(I once got a group of us banned from somewhere by wearing a Fox and Firkin sweatshirt. They didn't like the front much, but what sent the offenderati incandescent was the back which said:
"For fox sake get me a firkin pint!"
The defence included the use of a dictionary to inform the offenderati of the meaning of the word 'firkin'.)
