Today was tough, but I think I had my best ever help from the guessometer today. Two complete guesses and three more uncertainties. All neatly completed by our good old friend for a 10/10.
Grr! I got all the ones I wasn’t sure about right and taking an age, then slipped up by not reading the last one properly! Mind you, I think that’s a US thing - not heard it in the U.K.
I goofed on the last one too - I think it is a US thing, but it's not as if the question hasn't come up before ... and before that ... and before that ...
Brought down yet again by an Old Testament villain ...

Hey-- In my youth, which was in the prior century, I thought Manasseh was a place on Long Island NY, or in New Jersey. Mz Guess-O'Meter guided me to the right answer. Next time I will have forgotten. Person, place or thing..... who knows?
A few things to come unstuck with if you’re not familiar with the USA in a number of ways. Below is not totally revealing but I’ve put it as a spoiler in case anyone is worried.

Then again, sometimes I get questions about American television programmes that I've never watched right.
Thank you, Guessometer!
Top of the pile yesterday, we'll see if I'm last today with 7/10.
Guessometer missed!
I got the mystery letter question right though.
Thank you very much, I think I’m more stunned than you 😅!
Yay.
I was also a bit rubbish today, having changed a right guess to a wrong one.

I'm not entirely sure whether I need to keep playing the rest of the week to keep me warmed up...
(This is not a giveaway, this is part of the question)
Which doesn't actually exist, and even if it did, I'd probably have lost the key ...
