I have on a couple of occasions at work recently had to refer to a "recto-humeral conflation issue", if that counts.

One old favourite of mine is "intertidal sewage buffer" which, possibly apocryphally, was used to refer to those beaches that were declassified as such to avoid being slated for the water quality.

Ahh, there's nothing like spending a beautiful summer day at the intertidal sewage buffer!

There is a fairly long joke about the problem with the wings of a new plane falling off being solved by the custodian of the gentleman’s powder room, and a version of psalm 23 which starts “The Lord and I are in a shepherd/sheep situation and I am in a position of negative need “
  • My husband has just scandalized me by referring to the Lord in prayer as "minh oi," which is literally "my own," or "my body." I mean, he's not wrong, especially if you consider Song of Songs--but after we've been together 40 years, and he's referred to ME that way, all that time...
  • The action plan will use a placemaking approach to create a vibrant, attractive town centre.... Sounds as if they are planning to tidy up the place a bit. (From the Glasgow Herald).

Maybe painting over some graffiti, or even adding to the graffiti.
