You say the Weird Things in the Neighborhood does not belong in the Circus. I placed it there because the Headlines of Utter Weirdness is in The Circus. I also connected it to a movie and a TV series. This could actually become a game in sharing strange stories that happen in the out and about of people's locale.

    As a fellow Circus host, I have to agree that your thread didn't look like any kind of game. You weren't suggesting any kind of rules for one thing.

    Headlines of Utter Weirdness is of course played by the Rules of Grammar.

    I think Headlines of Utter Weirdness counts as a game, and is in the Circus, because it's a sort of "spotting" game - it could be called "Spot the Weird Headline" or something similar - a bit like the sort of games you might play on a long car journey, spotting particular types or colours of cars.
