Surgery done, and less hassle than previously. The surgeon mentioned, almost in passing, that I am cancer free. ( I could have done with her emphasising that before now). Current and upcoming treatments are, I gather, prophylactic.

Alleluia! And prayers for RR’s people.

Back to surgeon today, who is finally happy - 'the margins are clear'.

On to radiotherapy next week starting Thursday. The thing concerns me there is the arms above head position, which I found quite painful during the planning scan, which was relatively brief. Will just have to max out painkillers and hope for the best.

Good about the margins and I hope you can find a way to be comfortable for the radiotherapy.

Great news, @Firenze! I do hope you won't be too terribly uncomfortable during your treatments. Taking the painkillers sounds like a very good idea.
