It is such a difficult and heartbreaking thing, but if the time is right, it's the most loving thing you can do for Snoopy.

We are now at the specialist vet and Snoopy has a chance—no promises, but there’s a reasonable course of treatment overnight and then endoscopy in the morning. After that, maybe answers.

Snoopy has been scoped and it's not obvious what the problem is--samples are being sent out and a result may come in a week. She is coming home to be nursed (very difficult, I suspect, but we'll get through it--lots of pills, etc.) Thank you for praying, and please keep on.

We are at the animal emergency room with Snoopy, who is extremely anemic (GI bleed) and we are waiting to see if they will give her a transfusion. We don’t know if she has a chance.

Thanks! They did transfuse her and are keeping her in hospital, and are cautiously hopeful—we’re waiting on test results from a university lab. Please God it’s a curable treatable condition like the ulcers they are treating now, and not incurable cancer.
