  Thank you for your prayers for my colleague’s father, a medication error was found and he is doing somewhat better now it has been corrected.

  I'd value your prayers please Shipmates.
  We leave in just over a week for a visit to eldest Beaky daughter in NZ- I cannot give details but suffice to say that she could really do with support at this time.
  There's a lot going on here too and I can feel my anxiety levels rising.
  I know that once we start the journey I will probably feel much better (though we're going via Doha which is a somewhat scary prospect) but for now I'm definitely not feeling calm!
